Our cardio-kickboxing class is held twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:30-8:30 pm. The attire worn is usually T-shirts and board shorts for guys and women wear spandex, shorts and T-shirts. Mouthpieces are not needed in the beginning, but hand wraps are sometimes worn to give extra support for the hands. Gloves can be borrowed each class, usually for beginners or trial class basis. (No fee is charged with glove rentals).
Classes are taught by Fumi Fujimoto and private lessons are available upon request. Fumi has over 40 years experience and more than 100 professional fights. We are lucky and blessed to have such knowledge being taught here, he is also a black belt in jiu-jitsu. Foot movement tied with kicking and punching combinations are the basics being taught in this class. Each class is filled with a great cardio-workout while improving Muay Thai skills. Heavy bags are hung to practice techniques and light sparring is done by advanced students only. Come try a free class today!
